Overview

In business, you need objective input from three types of professionals - an accountant, a solicitor, and a business analyst.

In the latter case, we can help.

We can examine your business or idea in extreme detail and from many angles:

- to help establish measures and procedures to analyse where your clients are coming from,
- to improve your record keeping practices for better compliance AND for future data extraction,
- to identify zero or low-cost opportunities within your business to increase your turnover and profit,
- to determine whether you're achieving a sound return on investment on advertising, capital, sponsorships etc,
- to critique your staff management practices.  Poor use of staff is a big cause of flat-lining sales,
- to examine your marketing strategies, and if you don't have one, to put one in place,
- to look at your business plan, and to gauge whether it's achievable and that you have measures in place to reach goals,
- to determine how well you use your advertising dollar.  To highlight wastage and bad practices,
- to improve the way that information flows internally within your business,
- to see how well your procedures and policies are adhered to, and their effects on staff and clients,
- to analyse the potential effects and risks of expansion, downsizing, franchising, diversification, or decentralising,
- to look at the prices you pay from suppliers and to help you negotiate better deals,

The list is truly endless.

As a general guide, our fee for Business Analyses are AU$95 per hour including GST. The more effort you put into assembling your information, the less time it will take us.  Simple enough.

The best place to start, is to fill out the request form below.  It's free and you're not obligated to take it any further should you decide not to use our services.

We'll contact you, usually by phone, and ask you a few questions to get a complete picture of your business.  Then we'll arrange a quote to produce the information and advice you need, and you can decide if you want to proceed.

Business Analysis Request Form

Thank you for your interest in business analysis by Keppel Net.  Our Business Review Manager receives this form personally and your information will be treated with absolute confidentiality.

We want to know you, and this form will take you out of your comfort zone.  A lot of clients have told us that it took courage to complete.  Others said it gave them a laugh.  Designed by our resident Counselling Psychologist, it's confronting.

The sequence of questions is deliberately disjointed to make you think, and perhaps to analyse subjects you may wish to avoid.  Just do your best and have fun with it.  There are no right or wrong answers.

To achieve the best result, we rely on your honesty, so please remember, you don't need to impress us.  If you are aware of any specific issues that you would like us to focus on, please make sure you include them in the general comments section.
